Will switching disrupt my current prescription?
Not if we can help it. Our GPs are experienced in prescription transfers and will work to keep your treatment continuous. We can issue a new script at your first consult.
Can I keep my existing products and pharmacy?
In most cases, yes. Our GPs can prescribe the same products you're currently using. We work with all major pharmacies across Australia, including compounding and direct-supply options.
What conditions do your GPs treat?
Our GPs work with a wide range of conditions including chronic pain, anxiety, insomnia, PTSD, fibromyalgia, epilepsy, and more. Clinical eligibility is assessed at your first consult.
Do I need to see my old clinic first before switching?
No. You don't need your previous clinic's permission or referral to switch. Just bring along your current prescription details and any relevant medical history.
Is this offer available via telehealth?
Absolutely. Both consultations can be conducted via secure telehealth video from anywhere in Australia, or in-clinic if you prefer face-to-face care.
How long does the offer remain valid?
Both consultations must be completed within 90 days of your initial booking. We recommend booking your review consultation at the time of your first visit to make it easy.
