Fees, Consultation Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted us beforehand, the consultation will be considered a no-show.
• Your doctor has reserved this time exclusively for you and will be available for the duration of the appointment. As a result, no-show appointments are not eligible for a refund.
• A new consultation booking and payment will be required to continue your care.

• If you are late, your consultation may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other patients.
• If you are significantly late and the doctor is unable to complete the consultation, it may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible. Any waiver of cancellation fees will be at the clinic’s discretion.

• If you are running late or unable to attend, please let us know as early as possible. Early communication allows us to offer your appointment to another patient who may be waiting for care.
  

• Following your consultation, prescriptions are sent automatically to our partner pharmacy, Dispense Direct, at no extra cost.
• If you would like your prescription sent to a different pharmacy, a $30 script release fee applies per consultation. This covers the administration of releasing your script outside our standard process.
• Please let us know your preferred pharmacy before or during your consultation. The fee is charged when your script is released and is non-refundable once released.

Please note: Booking a consultation does not guarantee a prescription. Prescribing decisions are made solely by the treating doctor following a clinical assessment and in accordance with Australian regulatory requirements.
